Hello!

My name is Kristen Hamm.

My passion for nutrition grew when I was younger. I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease when I was 12 years old. Nutrition never really crossed my mind until it became a huge priority in my life. This is when my passion for nutrition began and I decided to take the steps to become a Registered Dietitian. I earned my Bachelor’s degree at West Chester University in Nutrition and Dietetics. I then completed my dietetic internship and Master’s degree in Community Nutrition also at West Chester University. As a Registered Dietitian, I have shared my passion for food and balanced eating with the clients that I work with. I am committed to helping clients improve their health with practical, accurate nutrition information. I recently graduated with my Doctorate in Health Sciences and Exercise Leadership.  I want to help guide and support you in your journey to feel better. Whether that is losing weight, improving your gut health, managing and preventing chronic diseases or improving your overall relationship with food. I am here to help!
